ZooProposal.com and ZooProposal.co.uk – relates to the websites operated by Zoo Proposal Ltd

“You”, “Your”, “Yourself”– relates to you, the business, as a customer of Zoo Proposal Ltd

Customer – relates to your customers and their data

  1. Account Details
    1. Your account details will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
    2. To access your account, you will be required to verify certain pieces of information
  2. Credits
    1. Credits are used to pay for proposals. There is one credit for one proposal.
    2. In the future, credits may be used to pay for other services.
    3. “Free Credits” are provided when purchasing in bulk. The credits in your account will have a monetary value of the sum of credits and free credits divided by the amount paid. (i.e. you pay £2,000 for 1,000 credits + 450 free credits, each credit is worth £1.38)
    4. Credits will be used in order of purchase
  3. Payment Processing
    1. Payments are collected by third party
    2. Zoo Proposal Ltd do not store or process your card details
    3. Credits will only be provided following successful payment
    4. Invoices will be sent automatically by email and will be available to download from the system
    5. Zoo Proposal Ltd will not send Invoices on request
  4. Cancellation/Account Closure
    1. You have the right to close your account
    2. All records relating to your Customers and Proposals will be deleted
    3. The account will continue to exist until 7 years has passed for retention of Invoices
  5. Refunds
    1. Refunds will only be provided if the service is not available, is not fully functioning, or not performing well
    2. Refunds will only be provided for unused credits to the value defined in clause 2.3
  6. Compensation Credits
    1. Compensation Credits may be awarded at the discretion of Zoo Proposal Ltd
    2. Compensation Credits will be awarded
      1. to keep the service running in the event of payment issues
      2. to apologise for any inconvenience caused
  7. Complaints
    1. Complaints should be submitted to
      1. info@zooproposal.co.uk
      2. Customer Services, Zoo Proposal Ltd, Suite 34, Imex Business Centre, Redditch, Worcestershire, B98 0RE
  8. Retention
    1. Your Proposals will be stored up to 1 year
    2. You will be notified when you have proposals over 1 year old
    3. You can download a batch of Proposals and delete them using our tool
    4. Deleted Proposals will not be recoverable
    5. If you do not delete proposal’s within 3 months, and we can not contact you, they will be permanently deleted
  9. Privacy Policy
    1. Our Privacy Policy does not cover your customer’s data. You should implement your own policies to cover General Data Protection Regulations.
    2. Your customers data will be stored within the European Economic Area (EEA) to provide security.
    3. This tool provides you with the ability to:
      1. Totally remove a customer from your account
      2. Regularly archive and delete old proposals and customers
    4. Deletions of data from the system are final, and information will not be restored from backups in line with our Privacy Policy
    5. Backups are only used to restore service in the event of a disaster
  10. Proposal Liability
    1. Zoo Proposal Ltd do not accept liability for the content of Proposals
    2. Proposal PDFs should be checked before sending
    3. Any errors in the system should be reported to prevent further issues
    4. Your customer details must be accurate for the email and SMS text messaging to work correctly. Any breech of data protection is liable to yourself as Data Controller for your customers
